CoreHaus – modular housebuilder

Promoting modern methods of construction

Situation

CoreHaus is an innovative new, steel-frame modular housebuilder. The company recently established its first UK manufacturing in County Durham and is steadily building its workforce. A five-year plan will see CoreHaus producing around 1,000 modular homes a year, which will result in more than 100 people working across the business. These homes will be built using modern methods of construction (MMC) which will result in high quality homes, built faster, with engineered precision and expected lower energy bills.

Our task

MHW has been tasked with raising the profile of CoreHaus to key audiences, which include private housebuilders, local authorities and housing associations. The main approach to achieving objectives is a campaign of regional and national specialist media relations highlighting the growth and development of the business along with key development projects while promoting a broader MMC message.

Results

Extensive media coverage has been secured in regional business media along with articles and interviews in key national specialist trade titles like MMC Mag, Public Sector Building News, Housebuilder & Developer, and Showhouse magazine. The campaign is ongoing with coverage to date highlighting the growth and development of CoreHaus and the role and benefits of MMC in the construction and new homes sector.
